Payment  Policy

Any additional expenses incurred (stock images, domain name, premium website upgrade, etc.) will be charged above and beyond service fees. A 50% down payment will be required with the final payment payable due upon completion of the project. Invoices are due upon receipt.


I'm all about being accessible and am open to considering partial trades for service, or a reduced fee if circumstances dictate. Reach out and let's see how we can work together.

Process Details

  1. Reach out via email with what you're looking for and if we're a good fit we'll set up a clarity call

  2. In the call I'll go through a list of detailed questions that will help you narrow down and get clear on what you want. You don't have to have it all figured out before contacting me. Asking all the right questions so you can gain clarity is a big part of how I help.

  3. I'll email you what I've captured, along with our discussed timeline and contract. I may also include homework for you to gather any content or files we'll need to get started.

  4. You send back anything requested, pay the 50% deposit and I'll get started.

  5. When the draft is complete, I'll send a link over to you to have a look at and send back edits via email or via a video call where we can scroll through the site together, which is often easier for communicating, explaining changes, and figuring it out together.

  6. If our revisions are about to exceed our time estimate, I'll give you a heads up. If needed we can discuss how to proceed - either switching to an hourly rate or finalizing the priorities within our current time.

  7. I'll request final invoice payment and once received we'll launch your brand and services out into the world, while you enjoy building success as you go.
